*- Questlove- "That intro and verse is everything, so strong.  It has a Stevie Wonder feel.  I feel like it could have been the white "You've Got It Bad, Girl."  (In fact, now that I check, it's so close in time that I'm sure this was their take on it, with the same repeated lyric tags: "where they are" or "anywhere" instead of Stevie's "on the shelf.")  The problem is when the chorus appears.  The beginning is so beautiful and then the song never returns to it."

Kid, Tone Love and DJ Too Tuff.  The sample in the song is by the Blackbyrds: "Street Games," from their 1977 album Action .  When Ray Parker, Jr., was on Questlove Supreme , he told me that he played the guitar on that entire record.  He also told me that Stevie Wonder could drive.  (Though to be fair, he didn't say that Stevie could drive well.  "He didn't care about hitting the cars," Ray said.)
